I am angry

And furious

Boiling and sinking

Into the depths of my dislike

I can't stand it

I want to scream

To maim to kill

But I would settle

For some control

Instead

I am seething

Writhing in agony

Can't stop the world

From turning

Must be a good

Christian girl

Sit on my hands

Close my mouth

Don't fucking scream

They'll finally notice

You are alive
