Faith



Jesus once said, "Go and sin no more,"

And, "if you look at someone wrong,

You've already entered sin's open door."

As if you'd been where you don't belong...

So this means I have sinned a million times.



A million-time sinner, a million sorry's,

You'd think I might have learned something.

A million times forgiven, a million at least,

I sure am glad God is so very forgiving.

Life's behaviors like a chronic disease



"David, you are the man," Nathan said.

Today we use the expression to compliment,

But then, no compliment was intended,

No honor in sex, lies or murderous intent...

This means I am "the man," a million crimes.



How many millions spend millions of days,

In habits of becoming million-time sinners?

God would choose them in spite of their ways.

How many millions God wants to make winners,

If they choose Him, as the crime never pays.



Please take me back, I am rightfully Yours,

King of my million-sin heart, soul and mind

Forgive me and use me, annul our divorce,

Please, I know I've been stupid and blind.

In my life, let Your Love run its' course!
