Lullaby to the dawn
The days ember dies westerly
Bemoaning the hastles of morn
To rest now he sldes idly
The horizon his blanket till morn
Then Diana stands upon nimbus
With the young hart close by at her side
She readies an arrow at sunset
And its trail tears the veil for the night
Soon following is Luna, the sun's bride
The ever parted couple doomed to trail the other's path.
The sun already departed is dead
So Luna veiled in his reflection is clad
In her sorrow she brightens the world
Questioning this lonely existence without utterance of a word
And when Luna's grief is most bitter
The sadness that will never be gone
Her beloved beckons from the East
The ends of twilight ushering in the dawn.
