OUR FIRE
Multitudinous summer that holds its scorch;
The earth needs fire as it needs rain. The thirst
For fire builds Eden with its scant leaves because
The earth does not want suffering plains.
It was our fire like daylight that crackled like bees;
It was our fire seeking a bright world with flickers
And whispers. Our fire was inside the yellow rock
Like honey that made the world rock candy sweet.
Its wants openness and freshness – manna for everyone:
Nothing should impede this fire seeking union. Praise
Be to the sun, moon and stars pregnant with light.
Praise be to our fire glowing, forever glowing as embers
That refuse to die because our fire is a love that is
Unextinguishable and distinguishable above all others
