COME TO ORDER
Adi Sankara founded the Swami Order
Something had to be done about dualism;
The world cries out for a greater synthesis
Since Ptolemy mapped the zodiacal orbs
We have been unfaithful to so many gods;
How are we to be faithful to only one?
Marx and Hegel went around the oak tree
Recognizing the acorn can spawn the stalwart
They knew, as squirrels, we would scatter them
Ghost comprised themselves from bog mist
Being many, they have but one father god
Their desires are legion; they have many lusts
Every time we extol the virtues of “oneness”
We are opening up a Pandora’s Box; we are
Like mice trying to eat up a house made of cheese.
Einstein never did finish his unified field theory;
His wives ripped a hole in the space-time continuum
Because he could not see the singularity of love.
Synthetic order disappears in the Apocalypse
And we all march to a new cosmic beat;
The coming to order keeps coming and coming.
