KARMIC BUNDLE



We are intransigent toward the good life; the time we

Spent in the womb as a karmic bundle, we came out

In debt kicking and screaming for previous transgressions.



Soul mortgage is the devil’s due because the pain we feel

Is the pain we caused someone else to feel.  There is no

Remembrance of this unless we can recall past lives.



Whoever delivers the karmic bundle is not to blame; storm

And tempest visit our shores to deliver misery to out homes

But they are summoned by the ill winds we put into motion.



Everyone in jail believes they are innocent but if they did

Not commit that particular crime they are guilty of something

Else.  Even the law of random motion has a math and a science.



Miscreants are like us in a way; they like disgraceful nights,

Inconstant hearts and the tattered clothes from Roman Holidays,

But someone has to clean up the city streets from the litter.



Our impoverishment comes from the hoarded wealth of the past;

Scrooge’s business should have been the business of helping the

Poor so that his cage would be not rattled by chains of complacency.
