we've started off

on our separte paths

as we knew

would have to come

i'm going back to school

and you're going home

we can visit sometime

maybe more

but in a year or so

it'll all be better

i'll be on my way

to be with you

yea, it'll be hard

but we'll pull through

no matter how far

you have my heart

and this may be an end

but its also a new beginning

we're finding our way

from here to there

and a bright future

awaits us in the end

we'll be together again

and by then,

we won't have to part

follow our hearts

and follow the stars

chance brought us together

fate brought us to love

that day will come

we'll be hand in hand

and have our new beginning.
