As a Kirk of immense sensitivity and wholsesomeness
Though for a time in adolensecne, weak and fragile
I had beheld him, the lime Tree
The lime tree gave off an appearance of power and strength
Calculated indeed very much to its purpose to do so
The Kirk spent money on lime tree and appreciated his limes
But the tree had little time for for the fact the kirk appreciated him
That, in itself, was not enough
Either way, the lime tree who had demanded without consent of the kirk
That he undertake a dangerous path, dropped him at the first sign of the Kirks fear and trouble
In the end, so it transpired, the Kirk meant very little, nay nothing to the lime tree
So, for what little time was left, the kirk retreated into its garden
and suckled on the meed that the bees it kept, no false ones, were glad to give in appreciation
