I would be true
I would hold you
until my lips turn blue
Bruised and broken
Heart on my sleeve
I sit blood-soaked.
Covered in your blood
I ripped out your heart
And you took mine too.

Things I cannot undo
Romeo and who?
Write and read
And spill some paint indeed
You say "I'm a work in progress"
I'm just trying to leave you
Breathless
Crying
To a masterpiece.

If I could love you
It hurts that I do
You ripped my heart out
Sealed my wounds with super glue.
I truly miss you
It makes me cry
I do love you
Can't help it
Don't know why

Miss you so I cry
