I just want a love

like we used to have

it burns me inside to know that it's gone.
leaving me empty

completely hollow as I leave your side

leaving me shattered
as

sleep next to you at night
wanting
nothing more than to feel
your heart beat
for
mine
In a rhythmic pattern

says
we are one
I want a love that surpasses any
other
where nothing is one sided
and
judgements are non-existent
and
you truly love me

like you SAY you do

I want a love that savors
my body
instead
of just ravishing it
because of what you may
think
I want
feel
I need
or to just pacify your own ego

it can't be healthy
for
anyone to be without love
that
stands the test of time

natural
true
escaping your breath instead of just your
