i steer clear of that word

wanting

to run

as far as the sea

away from anything that resembles it

you see...



you scare me with that word

cause

i

cant do it

not after

that

same

word

has brought me nothing but pain



its a beautiful thing

or so i hear

so you show me in

so many ways

but

i dont want it

realizing that its just one other thing

besides failure

im

petrified of

it has

forsaken me

so

  i am sorry



....i need to be able to express that



  'word'

the only way i know how

but

not the way you need

                   or deserve

for you are so lovely

and

there for me

and

i cant bear
