Swimming in circles
an empty sea surrounds
chokeing on the water
drowning in the air
a vast plain of aqua
gentle rocking in waves
empty sea left sparkling
under a million stars
once upon a time
the waters surronding
they were packed full
but now left vacant
only one survived
the violent thrashing
the lacking ecosystem
the fear of unknown
one lonely being
to afraid to go
to forlorn to stay
a small sad thing
once so comforting
the waters crush
they squeze the life
leaving her ragged
tangled in knots
flailing and falling
deeper in the darkness
alone, so alone
where am I
everything is lost
the sparkle gone
detached from the world
I swam away
lost my way
forgot myself
I am alone
