I can't explain myself at all

With jelly knees, and a heavy heart I fall

All we need in this wolrd is some love

Now you're gone and rain pours from above

It's empty and cold without you here

I'm not insane, there's nothing to fear

I'll hold on until it's over

But for me, it isn't over

Do you think you're better of alone?

Handling what life throws at you, on your own?

I've made up my mind

And I'll give you all the time

For now, I'll set fire to the rain

Because we all know, what is love without pain

Can't you help me as I'm starting to burn

During this time apart what will we learn?

I've made up my mind, I'm burning for you

Don't you remember, what it felt like too?

Now you're gone, left me with dust

The person you came to love, left to rust

I have faith that in this sad sad song

I'll find the courage to help me move along

Didn't you know? 

Once by my side, you're always going to haunt me

So I'll sit here and ponder.. Where is the love?
