A slow walk into the night

That is how i would go

The wind not at my feet

But facing me

For its final farewell.

Carry me away, my wind

I know much love, sorrow too

My eyes are closed

And I can finally see you.

No better companion

Have I had

On a warm sunny day.

Sadly, it is night

And I am saying goodbye.
