Therefore most gladly I will rather boast . . .
(though not with pride) in my infirmities . . .
(of which I have a most ungainly host):
faults, failures, flaws, and fallibilities.
But Christ has blessed my life that even these
shall be converted---such that the disease
they represent turns to assist its cure.
But Christ declared this promise---sound and sure:
the sustenance of each believing soul,
His largesse kindly makes available
that very necessary miracle
(from Heaven and Christ's clement throne directed)
shall be revealed---to my weakness---perfected,
proving His Mercy is most plentiful.
