Rain is pounding on my window
and I'm alone at night
I slowly close my eyes
and dream of what's right
I dream of her so perfect
Long, dark brown hair
the sweetest voice
and skin so fair
Deep and wonderous
these are her eyes
the lovely sight of them
causes my heart to rise
I'm so overwhelmed by love
that the world disappears
I open my eyes and watch
as the rain clears
