Strong Black Woman
I am a strong black woman.
This I know.
From within I feel it trying,
Trying it's best to be.
It's hard to define such me,
And my soul is full of all.
Even though it mixes with the shyness,
Never from this height shall I fall.
I am a strong black woman,
This I have no doubt I know.
I have finally found strength within,
Never and forever shall I show.
I will make it known only to me,
And if others see it so be it,
I will do my all and might,
To keep this love lit.
