In the darkness

So I walk

I hear them now

The voices talk

I know not I

They hear me cry

Off in the distance

I see a light

I’ll try to reach it

With all my might

The darkness falls

I hear the calls

Though I shan’t return

For I shall burn

I know them not

For I know it to be hot
