I'm sick of playing the fool,

letting go of everything

and then saying it's cool.



I can't stand by the side

and watch my life fall apart.

I can't stand here silently

as you rip at my heart.



It's this pain you make me feel

from blood slowly leaking

from wounds that don't heal.



You cut me to pieces

and watch as I bleed

but I won't give you the pleasure

of seeing me plead



Now watch me as I stand tall,

while I am waiting

for the day that you fall.
