Though you’re not around, I feel like you are near

I dream about you, and I know

And all that’s happened was so true,
All the times I shared with you
I watch the stars and make a wish,
I close my eyes and bring back your kiss
Though it hurts so much, you’re still gone in the end
And no matter what, my heart will never mend
I say goodnight, and close my eyes
So I can dream, to stop my cries,
I’ll see you soon as I’m asleep,
And when I’m awake, the pains too deep
I rest my head and drift away,
Because in my dreams, you’ll always stay…
