To tell him how i feel

how i love him

How i dont want him to leave

how i care for him



just one minute to say goodbye

just one minute to take one last look

to ask him why he leaves so soon



just one minute to make sense of things

to let go and close things

to stop the tears that always make me wonder

the tears that make me think

the tears that keep me up at night



wishing it was different

wishing u were with me

afraid that the next one to leave

won't give me a minute to say what i need to
