Some music touches millions,
A simple poem,
With a background of sounds.
Music inspires people to live,
Helps people survive,
Keeps people moving along.
Music has motivated great people,
Saved unfortunate soules,
And just simply makes people think.
Music never gets enough credit.
Music is part of or humanity,
Music is a friend,
That helps us,
That helps me.
Without music I would not be,
Music only helped me see,
Only helped me be,
And now because of music,
I am me.
