A silent storm,

sweeps through the town,

millions of snowflakes fall,

and white sheets cover the ground.



Get out the blankets,

light the fire,

look out the window,

the beautiful site is admired.



Put on warmer clothes,

it’s getting cold,

kids turn on the news,

and hope schools put on hold.



Hold your lover close,

keep each other warm,

sip on hot chocolate,

and sit through the silent storm.
