So here I sit all alone, reminiscing every rhyme every time as I spit my lines,
Sometimes I wish I wasn't alone, maybe I should pick up the phone,
But every time it gets harder for me, the farther I go,
Time and time again the only place I wanna' go is home,
When home is nowhere what's there left for you to do?
Starve and be lonely, with the only ones noticing you being the poor we,
Get together and try hard for one another to get away from what happened to us,
Not knowing every dollar we make is what it's going to take to keep us from being hungry,
Even with a single meal a day we're happy to say we have people to care more than you,
The Government is the topic or should I say issue for this argument, my abuse,
It won't take long for this issue to get to you, it might come off as I'm thinking too obtuse,
Putting the country in debt for something you just HAD to do?
They only came back on us because of YOU!
Now most of our people are in poverty suffering the choices one man could do,
Our lives are worst off since the freedom fighters you sent out did what you wanted them to,
Everything is higher priced than we can afford on minimum wage, what are we supposed to do?
There's no better jobs without the education we also can't afford, what are we supposed to do?
Our whole country is in debt over everyone's heads yet we live on like it effects no one?
We need a savior, someone who cares about everyone, not just money for themselves and their family.

The world spins on, and we hold on strong, but for how long no one knows, everything grows, -
the grass gets greener the longer we go, how much longer will it take? Nobody knows.

This is to flip the switch to change the mood and affect from the topic I just wrecked,
My eyes, they fade to gray when you're away, my heart stops melting when you choose not to stay,
I need you to lead the way, unchain my heart and please never go away,
I get to see you in colour, it's a lot more beautiful than white, black and gray.
Love is a wondrous and mysterious way to show us how much we need one another,
Hate me one day and you'll need me the next, that's why I'll be here for you no matter.
My blood is thickening, this is sickening, I need you now more than ever,
I know that I'm not the perfect one that it seems everyone is after,
But I don't believe you would lie to me, together forever, happy ever after,
Go to call you up, I just can't get enough, I know times get rough,
Feelings are like a merry-go-round, sometimes can't be found,
Now I go to search the halls then to the lost and found, that's where I find your heart bound,
Take the rope and toss it, reach in my pocket for the key to the locket,
Your heart has now been opened, letting our love free flow,
Your eyes start to glow, I see a bright smile, you haven't been this happy in a long while,
Take my hand, we'll lay on the sand, listening to the ocean and watch as the world passes us by in slow motion.
