What does it take to hate another person?
I have yet to figure out this. I know why I dislike some people more then others. I have been friends with more people outside of the US, then inside it. I remember living in Germany, and watching the local kids growing up a specific way. I have studied the Japanese and have even tried to understand there school system. In each country the locals don?t compare themselves to US standards. Although we as US citizens say that we have the best life, do we? How can we say that we have the best country when our own citizens are being thrown out of there homes. Losing there jobs, because the Business corporate found an outside source of labor that would be cheaper. Using labor in foreign countries to promote there product. How can a person compete with the education outside of the US? I have seen countries thrive on what others would consider the lowest form of life possible. I am not saying that we should be judged upon our poor or unfortunate. But how is a person making $6.25/hr, going to compete with a person who is willing to work for $4.15/hr? While the person making $6.25/hr has a family, a car, and a home to shelter themselves. While the person who makes $4.15/hr sleeps in a room of ten or more and only pays a percentage of the rent? Is it right that the person making $6.25 be released from working because the company can?t afford to pay him that fair when they have two or more who will work for less? This is something that still bothers me about a lot of things I have seen around the world. This also applies to those who work for a living who are High School grads vs. College Graduates. I have seen more then 95% of Graduates hold jobs in McDonalds & Berger King then working in a business that works with there carrier choice and education. The other 5% usually gets a job offer straight from Graduation or less then a year out of school. Some are not even that lucky. But how is it only 5% go on to work with there major while the rest go about there life hunting jobs? I am only a High school grad, and I work as a Mechanic. So far I have about 6yrs of education and hands on training for this job. I also have certificates of appreciation from large corporate firms that have fleets of vehicles and to them I am a general mechanic. To the out side I have too much experience for a Mechanic, and not enough experience to be a Master mechanic or the required training and education of a Foreman. There for I would be theoretically asking for more then a normal mechanic, there for I have too much experience. So if I was to ask for the Master Mechanic?s slot I have not enough experience and would be risking there set structure on how much a Master Mechanic could be paid (less then other Master Mechanic, but more then a normal mechanic.) this would not due for some Mechanics. I have seen this applied to more then automotive mechanics. Every day I have friends that hunt for jobs, and are being told they have too much experience or not enough. So what are we to do?
