The Dizzy Beings

To the soul of T. S. Elliot- A poem for the Dead Man

We are the dizzy beings. We struggle.. we strive

Some die and some thrive, in order to die,

we know not where we going. The destination!

Those holding tight to their Dreams Fuzzy kingdom

will always be stumbling deep in Illusive Controversial Wisdom,

Building a reason to support a reason

molding a justification needing to be justified

Striving to save the broken image

against the storms of astuteness

expanding more the sphere of paradox

But with no doubt,

across the twilight zone we get absorbed by the Unknown.

The destination: Endless sleep, stick-n-carrot, reincarnation?

I've thought and thought, lost and sought,

laughed and wept . . . slept and dreamt.

in a vision, I saw the root,

a system yielding systems that yield systems,

an expanding chain of diverging patterns

Heading towards a restarting bang.

beyond that, was darkness. absolute unknown.

a fan of T. S. Elliot too? you are fast making me a fan of your words sir. I loe elliot hes so surreal like when he says I have seen the eternal footman hold my coat and snicker and in short I was afraid. thats one of my all time favorite quotes. man's eternal fear of the unknown or here after how ever one wishes to word that. Blake too is a wonder and Milton he was pretty cool when he wasnt putting his thoughts down in latin. I have to be a fan of a guy who writes a poem for T.S. now if you tell me you read lord byron too I think I just might melt wink. whatever you do MAN keep writing and sharing. melissa
