I’m Afraid

I’m so afraid to tell the people I love the things I go through but, every time I try it just can’t be done.

I’m afraid they won’t understand or just be ashamed of what I have become.

I’m afraid of me and who I might truly be.

But, one thing I’m not afraid of is this world and everyone in it.

And one thing I don’t understand is as mean and hurtful as people in the world can get I’ll do just about anything to save them and everyone in it.

I’m afraid

But, I am still willing to do whatever it takes
