this is the time of year
we look forward to rebirth
trees and flowers bloom
a sight to behold on earth
people have the same option
they can use this time
to stretch and grow
climbing out of the muck and grime
this is the time of year
we see all sorts of newness
from the wildlife that bear their young
to folks feeling the need to confess
I pray that this Easter
we will see a marked improvenment
in the world as we have known it
may we all take the time to repent
let us all rejoice in the wonderful time of year
a holiday that keeps giving each day we live
holidays come and holidays go but this one
can change your life... if only you will believe
