Cob webs seem to fill her mind.
Dust keeps connections for happening.
Over whelmed with being so far behind.
How will she ever catch up?
A weekend off, it has been so long.
Things to do where to start.
Decisions to make right or wrong.
She plans on having some fun.
She works from can till can't.
The money sure helps out.
Job gets easier as time goes on.
So does writers drought.
Reading poetry can help dust off the brain.
Starts the creative jucies to flow.
It makes her want to write again.
She can hear the motors hum light and low.
So she is back it seems.
New thoughts she feels the need to post.
So be watching for new work from her.
And it's live from the west coast.
Hi Renee This is how I feel at the moment with my poetry. I dont seem to have a single artistic thought in my head. But... I am sure your works will always be a joy to read! Another nice poem from you Renee. Keep up the good work. Roz :)
I KNEW this one was about you, haha! Good job! Keep those creative juices flowing!
good poem. question. Do you know where I can go so I can go to have a few short stories published on the web? I want to put those out as well.
Renee', I should have read this one first - from what I have seen of your new postings so far you do seem to be re-invigorated and taking it to the next level. Got any left over to spread around to the rest of us fallow poets? Walter
ditto! Renee' Ditto! Enjoyed and looking forward to more of your work.
Whooooooooooooooo Hooooooooooooooooooooo! *does crazy batshit Miranda dance of joy* I'll be on the look-out, Renee. You know I always make an effort to keep up with your poems. :) I know how you feel though. I've spent so much time getting my website up I haven't written too many new poems to post on the darn thing.
I know how you feel & I am looking forward to any new works that come from that wonderful mind of yours. Thanks for everything. Amy
