THE DREAM WAS REAL
Back last September I stepped off the plane
standing there waiting was the cure for my pain.
He was the best looking man I have ever seen
he made my heart skip a beat like I was fifteen.
Oh my god, when he wrapped me in his loving arms
I knew that he would keep me safe from all harm.
He has made me feel safe, shown me much love
we get a kick out of feeding the ducks and the doves.
We truly get along great, never fuss or fight
he is so funny I tell you my man is real a sight.
I knew when I saw him at the plane he was the deal
I am so glad that when I woke up the dream was real.
