SanitArIUm

DEEP WITHIN MY MIND GONE WRONG

OR AT LEAST SO I AM TOLD,

ARE VOICES WHICH DO SING THEIR SONG,

AND TRY TO MAKE MY WORLD UNFOLD.

THE WHITE KNIGHTS DON?T TALK BACKWARDS,

THE DOORS HERE DO NOT TALK,

THERE ARE NO GIANT MUSHROOMS,

AND THE BROOMS HERE DO NOT WALK.

I TELL THE ?DOCTORS? WHO I AM,

AND WHO I AM EXPECTING,

THEY SAY MY FEELINGS ARE BEHIND A DAM.

I TELL THAT THE DAM IS MINE, AND THAT THEY?RE ALL TRESPASSING.

THEY TOOK MY HAT,THEY TOOK MY TEA,THEY TOOK MY TWO BEST FRIENDS,

THE RABBIT AND THE CHESHIRE CAT, THEN STUCK ME IN THIS BUILDING WHERE THE HALLWAYS NEVER END.

THE TEA THEY SERVE LACKS ALL TASTE

AND HAS NOT A BIT OF SUGAR.

THEIR BISCUITS ARE A CRUSTY PASTE,

BUT SHE WILL COME. I KNOW HER.

SHE HAS TO COME, I GAVE HER TEA

AND THROUGH HER A NICE PARTY.

I KNOW THAT SHE HAS HEARD MY PLEA

BUT I FEEL THAT SHE?S GROWN TARTY.

SOUR?S ONE THING I CANT STAND,

AND IF THAT WAY SHE BE,

THEN LET HER GO BACK TO HER LAND

AND MAYBE SHE WILL SEE.

BUT UNTIL THEN, HERE AM I STUCK

WITHIN THESE PADDED WALLS.

AND MAYBE WITH A STROKE OF LUCK,

ILL NOT BE HURT WHEN THIS PLACE FALLS.

I WISH I HAD A LOOKING GLASS,

SO I COULD GO BACK TO MY HEARTH.

AWAY FROM THIS SANITARIUM

THAT YOU ALL CALL EARTH.

ONE TIME I HAD SAVED HER,

ILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN!

THE RED QUEEN SHALL HAVE HER HEAD

IF I MUST GET IT FOR HER,

THEN I SHALL MAKE HER DEAD.

?ALICE WONT ESCAPE THIS TIME

CANT WAIT TILL I GET OUT!!?

WHILE CURLED IN THE CORNER GRIME,

THAT IS WHAT I SHOUT.

THE LIGHTS GO OUT,

ITS TIME TO SLEEP, BACK DOWN THE RABBIT HOLE I GO.

INTO MY HEAD THE DAISIES CREEP,

AND TALAMAHUKA DOES GUARD MY HAT AND SOUL.
