What Bus goes from Bangalore to Ooty?

Bangalore city is recognized as one of the most developed cities in India. Apart from big IT companies, one shall easily spot many modern architectural works, also many historical sites and stories of Indian dynasty. The pleasant weather of the city pulls in many people to this land. It is not only a home to engineers and researchers but is also one of the most attractive destinations for foreign tourists. Bangalore to Ooty is well connected by roadways where various reputed bus companies ply their buses. Therefore, I planned a visit to Ooty by bus. I booked online tickets for Greenline Travels and Holidays from redbus.in and opted for an AC sleeper bus.

The bus journey lasted for almost 7 hours; the sleeper bus was really comfortable and convenient. They gave rest stops and the staff was caring and helpful. This was my first experience of travelling by bus to Ooty. I simply love the cool and wonderful atmosphere of the slopes and needed to visit an old friend as well, who was settled in Ooty.

Greenline Travels and Holiday Ac sleeper bus was so comfortable I slept peacefully in the bus. They provided individual water bottles and blankets to passengers. Moreover, there was reading light installed in every sleeper berth, it helped me to read my novel. They played movies in the TV and the pillow was clean too. The bus had ‘Track My Bus’ option where it enabled every travelling passenger to track its pick up and arrival time. I am always late for things, bus thanks to this option that helped me to board the bus from Madiwala at 11:30pm. The transport reached Ooty the next day at 6:30 in the early morning.

My friend was waiting for me at the bus stop. I was waiting eagerly to explore the places of interests in Ooty. My tannery included places like Doddabetta hill top, Rose garden, Ooty Lake and much more.
