dreams of a dream
I awaken in the night, listening to the rain
Hoping the rain will wash away the pain
The world is sleeping, but sleep evades me
I don’t want to sleep, with sleep comes the dream
I know miles away; you are in a deep sleep
I wonder if in your dreams I silently creep
Causing a smile to escape your lips in the night
Knowing in your dreams you have me till mornings light
I know when I sleep I have you in a dream
However, the dreams only make me miss you more it seems
Therefore, I lie awake listening to the pouring rain
Because the dreams tend to drive me insane
I do not want to dream, or be in a dream
I want to have you dreaming next to me
Our dreams touching as we lie together in sleep
Two bodies, one dream, two hearts, one beat
"my biggest mistake was letting you go, I will always love you RD
An excellent work-It's like the work of Sylvia Plathe-I liked it very much.
