This sudden meeting of you and I.

All this time you’re what I’ve been yearning.

So far you seem to be the perfect guy.

Something’s gonna sneak up so I’ll keep learning.



We’re so alike and want the same thing.

To have someone to love as well as to trust

Together we become for more than a fling

Each of us wanting more than just lust.



You say I’m perfect; nothing will change your mind.

I know you’re crazy for thinking this way.

Just get to know me there’s something you’ll find.

That’s bound to contradict everything you say.



I hear you say, “You’re too good to be true”.

I watch your expression and know what you think

“No it’s too right; how could it work; me and you?”

I know it’ll work cause I won’t stay in sync.



So what, we’re different in our origins of birth.

I want to rebel and go against the odds.

I want us together to rule the earth!

And be able to unsheathe our facades!



If it’s TOO good to be true lets find some imperfections

Flaws are what make beings perfect and yet still they are not.

By finding each other’s we’ll make better connections.

And find our relationship has an even better shot!



I’m ready to open up I’m ready to commit.

I want to be loved. I want to be ecstatic.

I want our creators to end their brutal fit,

I want them to stop being so dramatic!



Think of it this way, world peace could finally succeed

If this one step starts and ends one battle.  

Why does the bloodshed have to proceed?

Just end it now and stop all this prattle.



I’ll be your queen, and rule by your side!

I’ll take your place when you get weary.

We’ll create a hybrid when our genes collide.

We can end the world of it’s dreary!



If my family disowns me I’ll take that as my fate.

I’m not giving you up because of what they say.

I think you might be life’s soul mate.

And to be with you that’s what I’ll pay.
