poem_204_In_this_Night

Alas, this can not be

For I live many miles from thee

And shouldst arise a chance

Little work wouldst be complete in thine trance

For the lovely charm of such a knight

Shouldst take thine heart into flight

And as thou wouldst work away

Small company I would be little I wouldst say

Basking in the glory that is thoust mystique

I gaze quietly at your physique

Thus, My Lord, as we might dream

To be within each others gleam

I cannot say I would be so great

'Cause my heart for you hath wait

So long to be within your grasp

And now that it is within thine clasp

I seize it for all it be might

The only chance for I this night

I speak this only from thine heart

For it beats with you this infinite art

That thou hast acclaimed breathtaking

So I shall forever be making

Thine words flow for you

So long as your love is true

Your very being, My Lord

Gives me such a pleasurable reward

I know not how to repay thee for such

Wonderful inspiration it being so much

For you, My Lord, within my breast

Does beat fervently a trapping chest

Concealed within it a treasure so soft

Yet strong enough to break free and aloft

With your care it does give strength

To break free it's ribs towards thoust arm's length

Take it, My Lord, for I give it to thee

In hopes you wouldst take care of me

To serve you, in this, I do avow

Forever your love if you wouldst allow

And shouldst the day approach

The black horse's coach

Come to take away our time

I leave here in reminisce this rhyme

Forever lasting these shall remain

Until we both return again

Before any more time is waste

I beg of you please make haste

I cry for you, My Lord, in plight

That you make me yours forever, tonight
