we both always laugh and time flits away,
Kindred spirits so rare to meet in time
now what does it matter my feelings sublime.
yet you've met another and tell me he's great
you must be with him no time to wait
So you walk down your path and I'll stand alone
shadows beside me and no place called home.
drunk on clear spirits, drunk on our life
hiding from daemons, causing trouble and strife.
I'll always love you everyday
I can't be with you, with him in the way.
you can have your cake but you can't eat mine,
