That you weren’t the one for me
After all this time.
What would be your reaction?
Would you feel hurt,
Or relieved
Would you find clarity
Or would you stay in disbelief?
What if I told you
That my feelings were never true
From the beginning,
All I did was deceive you
Would you be angry and upset,
Perhaps part crazy and mad
Would you ever be able to forgive me
or would the damage caused be too bad
What if I told you
That I am not who you think I am
That I am just a rebel on the run,
and I can never settle
Would you try to change my mind
Or just give up completely
Would you and I find a way to work this out
What would you do, if I told you?
