We were supposed to be together,

Never Apart.

You were the one from the beginning,

You Stole My Heart.

I never wanted to see you go,

I just wanted you by my side.

However, things change,

and lovers decide to hide.

I gave you all I could,

Too bad it was not enough.

That just goes to show,

Life is rough.

Eternity was supposed to be ours,

I guess it was meant for someone else.

So this must be goodbye,

To say it, I must.

Ashes to Ashes, the flame dies out

Dust to dust,

Is that what love is really all about?
