I’m still waiting for your call

Don’t say the love between us will fall

So pick up the phone and give me a ring

If you care at all about our love thing

Sure fate is cruel and people make promises they cannot keep

but we both know that love is not for the meek

So don’t act like our love is fallen now

If I reacted well to that, I’m not sure how

Stop lying and acting like my heart means nothing

You say sweet things, but your actions prove otherwise

I want to be your forever love

Not someone you can continually tell lies

I thought you believed in honesty,

If not then what was this all for

Was it all just a lie,

Is that why I walked out your door?
