I still remember that day,

and how I wish I never left

We could have had it all,

Now all we have is regret

I threw it all away,

The truth does not lie

I know what went wrong,

I see  the images in my mind

They replay endlessly,

Making me remember the pain

If I could, I’d take it back

I would have never walked onto that plane

But here we are now,

This is how it has happened

We have to live with  our mistakes

and how we cannot change them
