I can still see vividly the last moment we spent together

Hugs and kisses as we said our goodbyes and see you laters

The tears started pouring as my heart was breaking

It killed me so much to walk away, as you just watched me get in the truck and drive on



I can still feel that heavy feeling,

As I stepped foot onto that plane

Sun shining as bright as I had ever seen,

But inside, all I saw was rain



If I could go back in time,

I would have turned around,

Ran back into your arms,

Asked if we could try again, and if you’d still keep me safe from harm
