and made it brand new

We have survived so many seasons,

Together we made it through

So tell me, why am I without you?



You took this girl and made her better

Than she ever was before

Gave back her feelings,

Made her happy again

So tell me, why did it have to end then?



You took the negative thoughts

and gave them a reason to stray

Showed her what it is like to be okay

Gave her love like she never knew

So tell me, what am I to do?



You took this stranded soul

and gave it a home

You showed her what it is like to belong

and helped her to grow strong

So tell me, where did we go wrong?
