It may make you sad,

May make you feel guilty

But I feel so hurtful,

So full of envy



I thought that you loved me,

Maybe just not enough

So how can you expect me to keep on a smile

When not saying goodbye is almost too tough



I am not feeling so well today,

Maybe you can see it in my eyes

Though that is not safe to say

Despite the tears that I can’t stop from falling



I know it may make you feel disappointed,

You might be let down

Though I should be trying to reach the stars,

My feet are still set on ground



I’m still not feeling up to it

Maybe if you were here by my side I would

You were my inspiration and strength,

And without you I don’t think I ever could
