We used to fit together so perfectly

but times have changed and people can fall in

and out of love so easily

It is not that I planned this on purpose

Maybe we just were not meant to be



Conversation just flowed and we felt so in tune

We would pray for the night to go on and to never lose sight of the moon

but eventually morning would come and we would have to say goodbye

It is so hard to go on without you in my life



That time was so beautiful and it never would have ended if it were up to me

but life does not always go the way we want

I still love you so much

From the bottom of my heart



Once we fit together so perfectly

but every good thing can change

You can fall out of love just as easily

and maybe you and I were not meant to be
