My memory is cruel

I have been played a fool

I ran away from you when

I needed you

I tore apart the greatest

Love I ever knew



A chance meeting turned

Into something more

But in the end it did not mean

Enough for me to keep fighting for

I lost the feeling that

we both deeply shared

and ran so fast

As if I never cared



Once I was the most luckiest girl

I held in my hands my whole world

but all thats left now are haunting memories

and I can't forget all you were to me



I always knew in my heart

That you would always be around

But today is a day when

You can't be found

All I wanted was for you to love me

but our chance left us so quickly
