Whenever you are in my life

Everything is alright

But when you are gone

Everything is broken

Torn at the seams

Damaged

When I wake up and you are not there

I wonder if you are ever going to come back

Or if you have left my life forever

But you always seem to come back

I wonder if one time you will fail to return

If the darkened day shall come

That you walk out the door

For the last time

Know my heart will break into shards

Never to again be put back together again

Shattered for eternity

There I will be lifeless until you were to walk back through the door

If you were to never return,

I would be lost forevermore
