Dying inside from your painful words

The most hurtful things I have ever heard

You no longer love me or want me in your life

There is no longer a chance for me to be your wife



I just stood there, so frozen

I was yours to hold forever, the one chosen

We went through so much, we were put through hell

Yet we thought we would be fine, as far as we could tell



You left me here lonely, left me with just your memory

Your love was so brief, so temporary

Now I cry myself to sleep each night

To lose you ended everything that seemed so right



No more dreams, no more wishes

I may as well be tossed to sea with all the other fishes

No more reason without you

I am here lost and torn in two



We wanted to suprise them, make it last so they could see

But we failed just as they said we would

We tried our hardest to make it last

But it had to end, we had to crash



My feelings for you were meant to last forever

They were not supposed to die

I do not want to lose you ever

Yet here I sit all alone and cry



I am sorry if I hurt you, if that is the reason you went away

I beg and plead you to come back and to stay

I still love you with all of my heart

It has been yours to hold from the start



So please come back and stay

I hate that you went away
