Your words can cause me so much pain

I cry out all my tears in vain

Your yelling causes more than you think

My life feels like a ship ready to sink

Happiness always seems so brief

Alone in my room I prepare for my grief

Whenever a problem comes I take the blame

I live the lie and I take the shame

It always seems to end the same

Just a part of your foolish game

You will strike the matches and watch the flames

You will run from the ashes so the cause won't be your claim

The fire burns high and goes on for ages

You will be an animal tied in one of the cages

You will stay here as long as I wish

Then I will throw you in the sea with the other fish

You will look up at the tainted red-blue sky

and for that moment you would rather die

But you must go on, Remember that

A life filled in pain is where you are at

and when I am gone remember this

You can't save a life with one eternal kiss
