He's been beat down

Hurt one too many times

So no wonder why he hesitates

When I hold his hands in mine

Scared that I would hurt him

Scared that I would walk away

But I am so deep in love with him

That I know forever is how long I would stay



The love I have for this man is unconditional

Deeper than I ever thought I could possibly love

My heart walked into this shattered

I was a total mess

But today I must confess

Slowly the pieces are being put back together

One by one I am closer to being complete

Never would I have started healing if it werent for him



We help each other

We stand by each others side

and we love each other so very much

Don't you think this is a perfect match

Can't you feel it in our touch?
