I must let go

You said the words ' I love you'

Like a naive fool I believed

You said you'd always stick around

One day I watched you leave

You were my true love

Right from the very start

How could you stick that knife right through my heart

I never imagined a day gone by without you

Here I am all alone, so blue

Everyday it gets hard and harder to breathe

It is like I am suffocating to my death

Bleeding crimson tears

A heart so anguished

So full of pain

Feeling so tainted and tattered

My heart has been so shattered

Feeling violated on a daily basis

Dont know how much longer I can face this

I shouldnt have got lost in your kiss

Magical yet overtaking

Enchanting yet forsaking

Didnt you realize it was me you were breaking

I loved you so

I must let go

You cheated and you lied

Overemotionally I cried

A piece of my heart died

After I found you with her

What is the use in love

If no one is ever faithful
